Word Up!

After 15 years as a menswear designer, Wordup Studio came from a desire to use design to give back.

Not just to our products consumers, via messages of love and support, but through environmentally conscious production and percentage donations to relevant causes.

We design and make FLIPT, a reusable, never-ending, greetings card. Inspired by a childhood obsession with a 1980's cereal box toy and a desire to prolong the life of an ordinary card. FLIPT has a rotating, endless message, comes with a removable trace sleeve for your personalised message and is designed to be used, re-used and passed on. 

All cards have fully compostable packaging, are recyclable at the end of their journey and are sent plastic free.......which should go without saying!  

In addition, at Wordup Studio, we run design workshops for private events and within schools & organisations in our community and beyond. With a strong focus on typography, words and messaging, we use the design process to open up group discussions around personal and environmental challenges, as well as provide a fun environment to create and try something new.
